I chose this hotel as I love the Hilton properties I was not disappointed in fact your hotel surpassed all of my other stays for the welcoming way I was treated beginning with the front desk! The bartender let us take our time even though you close at 9 so we were able to enjoy a meal and have a drink. The next morning we went down for breakfast everything was done perfectly. The waiter (I wish I had asked him for his name) He also was working the night before was wonderful great service and a warm wonderful personality Thank you for a great stay

Location was excellent for walking around town. Special kudos to Valerie at the front desk, who always greeted us, upon our comings and goings with a warm smile and friendly words. She also greeted us with the words ‘Welcome Home’ which always added an additional touch of warmth, rather than the more common Welcome Back.’ We hope Valerie will receive acknowledgment for her dedicated service.

Everything! The location, staff was excellent - each person met was friendly. They always were accommodating, smiling, knowledgeable about the area and just plain pleasant!! With many restaurant options.

Very central location in a very walkable city. Excellent king room on the 4th floor. Parking is easy, and the price is reasonable considering the other options around town. Staff is exceptionally helpful and professional. Would definitely stay again.

The location was great, in the middle of the city, next to the State House and Main Street. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well decorated. We also enjoyed the large free parking behind the hotel. The lady at the reception was really nice and welcoming.

It was beautiful! Very good location and easy to spot. The staff was amazing. The room was big and wonderful! The floor in the bathroom was heated!!! What a LUXURY! Everything was so clean. The absolutely best part for me though……was the gift shop! THANK YOU SO MUCH for having that gift shop!

The hotel has definitely seen some improvements since my last stay. The decor in the room was tasteful, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was quite pleasant. The room was well-designed for a good night's sleep.
